Forge is an intelligent fitness ecosystem engineered by Mohitrajsinh Jadeja to deliver personalized AI workout coaching, automated nutrition and hydration tracking, and predictive physical health analytics.
The Problem
Generic workout applications lack real-time adaptation to individual recovery rates, performance trends, and dynamic schedule constraints, leading to plateaued progress or overtraining.
The Solution
Forge combines intelligent LLM reasoning with health data pipelines to dynamically synthesize personalized workout routines, offer real-time posture/execution coaching advice, and calculate optimal recovery metrics.
